I hope you are doing well. I have been listening to and learning from you since August of last year, and I've wanted to let you know how much I appreciate and admire you. I've never spoken to you but I feel like you are a friend. I have printed every e mail and recorded every mp3 you've sent out. It's all I listen to when I drive anywhere; I take my sack of 'John papers' (:) everywhere with me in case I have time to reread over your e mails. I've filled out your questionnaires and even wrote you before... But never sent them. I've hesitated contacting you because I know you have a lot of followers who like me would love to be mentored by you, and my thing is... I don't desire to be a superstar or even make a living as a net-worker - but I really would love to be better at having a comfortable conversation in personal as well as business situations. I would also like to generate enough consistent income to continue consuming the products of the company I'm already involved with.

Hello my tired and hungry friend.
The why, what, and how.
Why- simple- I'm tired of working a conventional 40 hrs a week. Being an agent and registered representative, I understand the benefits of owning your own business and having some residual income. When I was introduced to TN I saw the value of the savings and the residual income was not solely on my efforts.
What - didn't care for product based businesses that you had a quota every week/month or else. Never joined, never will promote.
How - Selling never bothered me. I know that I wouldn't offer anything to anyone that I didn't believe was right for them. But I was telling before. After your and practice I'm connecting better, the beginning of relationships, having more fun, getting better results. After the 1st call many of the people who are really interested in a business already know in their gut they want to work with me. On the 2nd call their voice elevates and a smile is on their face.

Sir, you are brilliant I would like to be part of your training program, I have come to the same conclusion about local leads. Local leads can be used more effectively. I am in the metro Atlanta area, my business is GBG with Stewart Finger the CEO. When you were describing a network business you sounded just like Stewart Finger. Please help me. I am willing to go out on appointments and we do have local meeting in the area. You can be a great help to me and to GBG.
I am retired AF working at the CDC part-time. I have insurance sales behind me. I have an office in my house with business phone.
My problem is simple I am not sure what I am doing. Help me prove that network marketing can still make millionaires.

First, let me applaud you for your sincerity and drive in helping families succeed. I am currently involved in a MLM using those traditional means of building a business. It has been a 10-year journey for me. I know that this industry has value. I also confirm that families are having success in this industry. With that said, I have not enjoyed the success as I write you. I read and listened to your interview with Ann. I have already purchased the Renegade system (2 days ago). I have not moved any further as of yet. I do subscribe to the philosophy being coached by this system.
I am a 56 year old who has been self-employed since the late eighties. I am also a Father of three and Grandfather of 2. My wife and I have a deep seeded belief that we can add value to our children's philosophy by showing the value of having a home based business. I am also an amputee because of an accident. I feel it is fair for you to know that I share your spirit. Life continues! Live abundantly. I truly admire and respect you. I know I haven't met you personally, yet I know enough about your story to feel your spirit. One thing the accident caused me to realize is that more time is never promised. I also realize that I have been given the spirit of service to people. Why am I writing you? I am writing you to let you know that I desire to promote MLM in a grand way by doing it the right way. Thank you for changing our lives. I would like to have this training call as a resource forever. Will we be able to obtain a recorded version and will we be having more of these very educational and inspirational calls? May we obtain an outline of your entire process for the prospecting and recruiting and training process? This would truly provide the entire picture and process in one entire vision. I WANT TO LEARN ALL THERE IS TO LEARN ABOUT YOUR TECHNIQUES. You teach people to stay true to themselves…….my heart did not allow me to do what everyone else was doing which is persuading, selling, learning to deal with objections instead of working from truth and heart and have the “giving to achieve” approach. I had a mental block as I was told that I was simply trying to make people like me by working from one’s heart with integrity based intensions and that I would acquire friends but never make money if my approach sis not change. Hello John, I just wanted to let you know how helpful your classes were for me. They helped inspire me and opened my eyes to the fact that we need to stop being so 'salesy' on the phone and learn how to have rapport with people prior to them joining our business, regardless of the product or service. If we cannot connect with an individual, the chances of them coming into our business is slim to none. What I really love is that you reminded me that for our generation, we need to go back and realize that we need to visit people and not be so caught up with closing the sale. Get to know the individual first.
Your approach blew me away to the point where I had to go back and listen to all of the archived audios. I just had an 'Aha!' moment that this is the way it is supposed to be and you can't put a price on that. What I did is I started to go back to colleagues and tell them that they needed to listen to John's classes.

Thank you for the great training calls that make sense to use, as they are non threatening to anyone on the other end of the line. You are up front and honest with people, and they can relate to what you are about.
No pressure is comfortable, and allows a person to relax and be able to think about what you are sharing, some information, education and an opportunity, if that is what they are looking for. Listening on these calls you make, to leads, you have from MLM Lead Genie, is how we need to do them for our own business. The script information you sent me, gives a person in hand what to say, which makes it easy to do, as it is comfortable to ourselves. Thank you, John. I think I'm finally beginning to "get it". Your remarks to me the other day about the closing part of the conversation have also begun to take root and I am attempting to put some teeth into the close.
Today I asked a prospect about whether she felt comfortable with me vis a vis the others she had talked to, and she responded, "You're the only one I talked to. The others were rude, or I couldn't even understand what they were saying."
So, thanks for being there and for sharing all your years of experience--not just experience but the wisdom that you have gleaned from it.

John I am getting it, it's giving without expectations or agendas, its nearly impossible to have an agenda when you are truly listening. John just two days have past and this concept has changed everything, I cant see a prospect when I listen to what they or truly saying, I see another human. This might sound a little crazy but I don't think I am the only one here anymore, I am surrounded by people just like me. Does this make sense? Or have I started loosing my marbles? and if I am loosing my marbles, that's just to bad. I like people more this way. Every were I go people are sharing life experiences with me, I'm not kidding, the last two days I have met five strangers and I can tell you everything about them, there families and some really personal stuff. It makes me wonder, have I been so selfish that I never noticed those around me. The little exercise you gave me has turned into a life changing revelation, if this was its intention or not, I really appreciate it.
